Once your reservation is confirmed:

1) A rental agreement package will be emailed to you.

2) Print, read, sign, and return the documents with a check for one-half rent and the refundable security deposit and it is yours.

3) Final rent payment is due 30 days prior to arrival

4) Get ready for a great vacation!

Note: If you do not have access to a printer please let me know and I will mail your package via US Postal Service

PLEASE NOTE: If you book and reserve through HomeAway.com, VacationRental.com, or VRBO.com, they charge you a service fee. If you book directly through me as listed above, there is no service fee.
